Construction has launched on Tour des Canadiens 3, a residential real estate by Cadillac Fairview, Candarel and Club de Hockey Canadiens.
At 53 stories high, this standout project in Downtown’s new “Quad Windsor” neighbourhood will be one of the tallest condo projects in the city.
The Tour des Canadiens will house 565 units, including a dozen townhouses. It is expected to draw 6,000 new residents over the next decade.
TDC3 is named for Montréal’s National Hockey League (NHL) franchise, the Canadiens. In the mixed-use style that is gaining popularity in Montreal, it will feature event rooms, an indoor pool, a café, office buildings, cultural exhibitions, restaurants a modern game room, and an adjacent park. The designs also plan for an above-ground skybridge with direct access to the Montreal metro and the underground path network.
Moreover, the bridge will will connect to the new REM train network, which is scheduled to launch in the summer of 2021.

About Tour des Canadiens
The first phase of the 50-storey Tour Des Canadiens, was completed in May of 2016. The second phase, with 53 stories, is expected to finish construction in 2019. So far, the third phase has seen the fastest sales on record.
